Remember a few weeks ago when I mentioned that I had a new story, “A Pool of Tears,” in a new locally-published anthology, Lesser Cryptids of Appalachia?

Well, guess what? The folks at Cicada Books & Coffee, the brains behind Brood XIV Books, are hosting a book launch/community event to celebrate the release of the book. It’s March 12 from 5-7 pm at Cicada in Huntington, West Virginia.

I’ll be there, along with some of the other authors featured in the anthology. I’ll be reading something, probably “A Pool of Tears” (or at least part of it), but who knows? You’ll have to show up and find out.
